How Online 1-on-1 Constellations Work
I. Using Figurines or Floor Markers as Representatives
You don't need a group of people to do this work. Online, we use figures, floor markers, or shoes placed on the screen or in your room to stand in for family members and life themes, allowing you to clearly "see" the unseen dynamics at play.
Sensing Sensations, Feelings, Energy Shift in Your Body
We move beyond logical analysis. Using Somatic Focalizing principles, I guide you to track present bodily sensations—allowing stored tension, emotional armor, and systemic stress to be safely felt and released directly through your physical body.
Uncovering Hidden Loyalty, Finding Resolution
We bring light to the unseen family burdens and entanglements, inherited loyalties, and forgotten ancestors. Together, we discover healing reconciliation sentences that allow heavy burdens to be returned and love to flow freely once again.
Systemic Constellations operate on the deep systemic order of love that everyone in a family system has an equal right to belong. When family members are excluded, forgotten, or forced into inappropriate roles, unseen entanglements arise in future generations.
In our 1-on-1 sessions, we honor your ancestors, acknowledge what is, and restore systemic order—allowing ancestral strength and love to flow to you once again.
Important Session Preparation & Guidelines
Duration & Investment: CAD $150 / session (1.5 to 2.5 hours via Zoom).
Mandatory Family Questionnaire:
To map your family system effectively, you will be required to complete a detailed Family History Questionnaire at least 3 days prior to your scheduled session.
Pacing & Integration:
Constellations work deeply at the soul level. We do not meet weekly like traditional therapy. Sessions are spaced weeks or months apart to allow resolution to naturally unfold in your daily life.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Minimum 48 hours advance notice required to reschedule.
Punctuality: Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be treated as a late cancellation (non-refundable).
